Transportation &
Roads
The main road network in Chaguaramas consists of the Western Main Road, which extends from Alcoa Bauxite terminal at the eastern entrance to the Peninsula, to Scotland Bay; and the Tucker Valley Road that extends from the Western Main Road in the South to Macqueripe Bay in the North. A series of local access routes, secondary and tertiary roads, form the minor road network. This system is 48km in length, and passes through the developed areas of the Peninsula.
