CDA Master Plan includes development of waterfront, backshore and hinterland of Carenage Bay, providing recreational services and facilities for a diverse clientele.
Existing facilities include hiking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds and beaches.
Once developed these areas will attract foreigners and locals thirsty for exceptional recreational activities and eager for a taste of the untouched, natural outdoor life.
The project has made allowances for the proposed Cruise Ship Complex at Pier II. This site is ideal for port during the American occupation. The water depth is 25 feet at the jetty's edge and drops gradually to 50 feet as you travel further away from the jetty.
