Five Islands is located in the Gulf of Paria and comprises of five (5) small islands.

Five Islands have played their part in history. The island Nelson once served as a quarantine station for indentured labourers. It was also used as a detention area in the 70's.
Five Islands is made up five small islands, they are; Caladonia, Nelson, Craig, ? , ? and Rock.
